How to use the Call Me Facilities:

You can contact our Call Center, CALL ME, at 500188 from all fixed lines within JaDeTaBek (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi). For calls from fixed lines outside Jakarta or from mobile phones, please dial 021-500188 (add Jakarta area code 021 as a prefix).

Our machine system will provide the options to speak with a customer service officer or to do your transactions directly with our system. In order to obtain and effectuate transactions via the system, you have to be ready with your OtoKas Card Number and your PIN Number. The system will guide you throughout your transactions.
