- To achieve total assets size of Rp.65 tio by 2014, non-organic growth opportunities to be exploited. ROE of at least 20%.
- To focus on medium & low retail segment (SME, Micro), Corporate & Cross Selling
- To focus on low & middle income consumer groups & make in roads into mass affluent segment
