Bambang Setiawan, Indonesian Citizen., born in Semarang 20 November 1958.  Apponinted as Compliance Director at Bank ICB Bumiputera’s AGM dated 23 June 2011 and will effective after  approval of fit and proper test from Bank Indonesia.

Has an MBA Degree from Temple University Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA (1993), Undergraduate Courses of Computer & Mathematics at Citrus College, Glendora, California, USA (1991), Doctorandus in Economic, Accountancy, Faculty of Economy University Airlangga, Surabaya (1984).

Previous career were as Permanent and Visiting Lecturer at University of Pajajaran for Graduate Program and Magister Management (1998 – now); PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Director (2006 – 2010),   PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (1999 – 2001) with various positions and the last as Executive Vice President Coordinator for Information & Technology  also as Group Head of Accounting;  PT  Bank Bumi Daya (Persero) from 1984 – 1999 with various positions with last position as Head of Financial Reporting in Financial Accounting.

In the profession organisation active as Member of the Board of Commissioners fro  Center for Corporate Leaderhsip (2010 –   now),  Board of Management for Yayasan Pendidikan Perbanas (2009 – now),  Member of Consultative Board for Financial Accounting Standard, Indonesian Accountant Association (2011 – 2015  and 2006 – 2010),  Head to Social and Sports Institute of Indonesian Banker (2011-2014 and 2007 – 2010);  Head to Organisation / Public Relations for Bank Compliance Director Communication Forum (2005 – 2008), Member of Board of Management for National Bankers Association (2006 – 2009).
