Bambang Setiawan, 55 years old, born in Semarang 20 November 1958, an Indonesian citizen.
Served as Director of Bank ICB Bumiputera since June 23 2011. Supervised areas include Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, Corporate Secretary and Human Capital. He earned his MBA from Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA, 1993 and the degree of Drs. Ak from Airlangga University, Surabaya, Indonesia in 1984. Work experience in banking for 29 years, starting at Bank Bumi Daya in various managerial positions (1984-1999), and then continued his career at Bank Mandiri to the position of Senior Vice President (1999-2004), Center for Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (INTRAC) as Deputy Chairman of INTRAC (2004-2005), and returned to banking as Executive Vice President Coordinator and Director of Bank Mandiri (2005-2010). He is also a lecturer in Universitas Indonesia Faculty of Economic, Accounting Magistrat Program, and active as a core committee on professional and banking associations : Indonesian Bankers Association (IBI), Communication Forum on Banking Compliance Director (FKDKP), Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) and the Association of National Banks (Perbanas).
